PCL Group currently supports one of the largest Industrial Service Corporations providing “out of the box” solutions to ERIKS Industrial Services, who are main distributors for several motor vehicle assembly and manufacturing companies in the United Kingdom. Desktops and Laptops are configured to the client’s requirements at our offices in Aberdeen and shipped to their destination which currently stands at 247 branches worldwide.
PCL Group also complement, the services being offered for hardware and software requirements by installing all data and fibre optic cabling at these sites.
This permits the end user to quite simply “plug and play” enabling the individual to immediately become part of the large internal “intranet” with user permissions already tailored as per the client instructions. Downtime is minimised as the end user has none of the usual technological issues when trying to connect or configure new computer equipment. This cost effective way of working not only saves the company time but also more importantly saves the company money, a major factor when working through a “recession”.
