PCL Group offers a service to home users through its domestic computer division which provides both equipment repairs and reliable IT support.
We have a small team of specially selected technical engineers who work specifically in this market providing peace of mind for the end-user who gives access to their computer equipment and to their homes.
We set ourselves a target of repairing and returning your equipment within three working days – subject to the nature of the repair and the availability of any required spare parts. We can also repair laptops in our Regent Quay premises avoiding, in many cases, the need to return them to the manufacturer for repair – a process which can be costly and time consuming.
No job too small
Our engineers can help sort out any compatibility issues and will give good, honest advice on upgrades and equipment. We can also help with data transfer and retrieval and virus removal.
As an additional service to disabled and elderly customers we will arrange pick up and delivery for a small additional fee.
