PCL Group is one of the few IT service companies in Aberdeen and the North East to service the domestic computer services market, providing both equipment repairs and reliable IT support to users.
We have a small team of specially selected technical engineers who are specifically employed for this section of the market, bringing peace of mind to the end-user who permits them access to their computer equipment and, more importantly, their home.
We strive to resolve issues or have equipment returned within three working days, subject to the nature of the repair and sourcing of equipment or spares if required.
We also have the capability to repair laptops within our premises. This eliminates the need to return them to the manufacturer, which can often be costly and time consuming. Fully qualified engineers support this function with both hardware and software repairs being carried out on a daily basis.
Our engineers are on hand to sort out any compatibility issues you may be experiencing and give good, honest advice about which upgrades and equipment you actually need, avoiding costly mistakes.
Virus removal and data transfer and retrieval are additional services that can be requested. Our Computer Health Checks are highly recommended to ensure that your desktop or laptop remains in top condition.
Collection and delivery services can be arranged for an additional minimum charge to accommodate any disabled or elderly customers or those with busy lives where time is a constraint.
